Abstract The article examines problematic issues of delimitation of procedural competence between a prosecutor’s office head and a prosecutor in cases of administrative offenses. The author analyzes main powers of a prosecutor in cases of administrative offenses in terms of delimitation of procedural competence between a prosecutor’s office head and a prosecutor. Suggestions for improving regulatory framework of prosecutor’s procedural activity in administrative proceedings are provided.
